EDO 2024: OYAKHILOME CONGRATULATES  HON.DENNIS IDAHOSA ON HIS EMERGENCE AS APC CANDIDATE

*Assures him of his support and calls on gladiators to rally around him for victory at

the general poll.

The National Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress, USA Chapter, Hon.Oyakihlome Bello sent his heartfelt congratulatory message to Hon. Dennis Idahosa over his victory at the just concluded primary election of the All Progressives Congress in Edo State on Saturday.

In a congratulatory message signed by Mark Anthony his media aide, Hon.Oyahkilome described the primary election as a credible and peaceful one which reflects the choice of the party in Hon.Dennis Idahosa.

Announcing the results, Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, who is also the chairman of the All Progressives election committee said having polled the highest number of votes among the nine aspirants, the House of Representatives Member, Hon.Idahosa becomes the flagbearer of the party in the gubernatorial election.

The Edo political actor, Hon.Oyahkilome Bello has called on the party's gladiators and stakeholders to unite and rally around the party's candidate for victory at the general poll.

He added, that the victory of Hon.Dennis Idahosa should be seen by all the party members as the victory of the party which calls for serious work and action to be taken with unity of purpose among the rank and file of the party if All Progressives Congress must take the State back to the mainstream politics of progressive. 

Bello further pledged to deploy all the legitimate arsenals for the victory of the party in the general poll as he is set to commission his support group for the victory of the party in the State.

His words, " The All Progressives Congress in a peaceful and credible primary election held on Saturday has declared Hon.Dennis Idahosa as the candidate of the party in the general election.

" The party has made his decision in the choice of the Member of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon.Idahosa and now it is time for the party's stakeholders to close rank and form a viable structure for the victory of the party at the poll.

Speaking about the candidate of the party, Oyakhilome said the antecedent and pedigree of Idahosa both in private and public governance will come to bear and the people of Edo are ready to make that desirous change by voting for him massively in the general poll.

" This is the time to move the state forward by voting for the right candidate and party that will bring transformational change for the growth and development of Edo State at large.

"I am very optimistic that the All Progressives Congress will coast home to victory in the general gubernatorial poll of the party,"he said.
